Modak (Kozhukattai)

Rice flour:1 cup , water: 1cup , salt: a pinch, oil : 1tsp, Filling(grated coconut) : 1cup Powdered jaggery : 1 cup, cardamom powder: 1tsp Add rice flour to boiling water stirring well toavoid lumps. Cook till the mixture is ssoft.For filling heat jaggery with coconut and water till it is soft.Take a small portion of the dough and flatten like a poori. Place a little filling insideand bring up the edges and press lightly to cover the filling. Steam the modaks for 15 minutes by placing it in a cooker.
