Could someone post receipes with the Kovaikai?

Clean and cut kovaikai to small slices. fry onion in oil and add kovaikai toit. add salt and chilli powder and little water and allow it to get cooked for a while. after it is cooked fry nicely by adding little more oil. when the veg is golden brown in colour remove from the flame. it would be delicious with sambar, keerai etc.

With a small modification, u can do like this. Omit onion. Instead of that, add dhania powder and jeera powder. tastes so good.
