Hi,

Can someone suggest home remedies to increase milk supply for women who have hust delivered and also to go increase the chance of going into natural labor for pregnant women?

  Try dill I have seen people have an increase in milk supply. Also try taking fenugreek tablets and also alfaalfa... it is available in GNC stores. RidgeGourd also increases milk supply. take 1 tablet each 3 times a day and see how u feel. fenugreek tends to lower ur blood sugar level. if u feel ok increase it to 2 each and see with 2 -3 days the supply should increase. I tried and it helped for me...
  
  For pregnant women going into labor... I have heard castor oil tends to make women go into labor. Not sure abt how far it is true though... search on google I am sure u will find tons of info on this

  To quicken the labor, once the labor pain starts, start walking. You have to go for a walk at least for 20 to 30 minutes. Walking makes the delivery faster and easier.
  To increase the milk production, eat lot of garlic. You can also eat lot of drumstick (murungaikkai) leaves.
  When you eat fenugreek seeds especially in the mornings, you have to be careful. As Suma has mentioned, it reduces the blood pressure so you might get light headedness. But if you eat fenugreek leaves, the blood pressure level does not drop that much.

  I'm a living proff that castrol oil does work. My last two pregnacey's I took castrol oil and withing 4 hours I went into labor however for the first hour after taking about 2tbs I walked around. I will be taking it again tommrow evening so I can have my next child on father's day.

  Best home remedy for increasing both the breast size and milk production in lactating mothers is use of FENUGREEK seeds. (Dry).
  Daily dosage is about a spoonful in morning and one at night.
  You may break up this in three dosages.
  Best result is achieved by powdered usage.
  You may find a different type of Body odour which might be a bit different from your usual odour .
  Don't worry..it is due to Fenugreek.
  This will surely increase milk produstion and increase in size of breasts for women with very small glands.

  My query might be little irrelevant to this thread. But i request someone to help me. I am pregnant and we want to shift out residence due to various reasons. But many of our neighbors say that when a girl at home is pregnant, we shouldn’t shift the place and it is not good for both mother and child. This is some kind of belief in TN. When so many tell the samething, i am also lil afraid. Can anyone suggest me what can i do now.?

  What you are saying is very true! But, have to change these kind of rules a bit, no..when I was 6 months pregnant, faced the same prob., but it was an apartment. So, my MIL was telling that it was ok.
  
  But, if you are going to your own house, better, you should wait till you deliver the baby.

  Using logic, when a mother to be is changing a house, she does not have the mental map of new place mapped permenently etched in her memory so she is apt to mis-step somewhere or bump into unknown door way losing balance and causing miscarrage/fall etc.
  So please do not think that it has any vastu/religious significance.
  JUST BE CAREFUL AND KNOW THE NEW HOUSE PROPERLY AT THE FASTEST RATE.
