At what point do we add condedsed milk to payasams like semiya and pal payasams. Will the taste be different from the traditional payasams if condesed milk is added.

  For samiya and pal payasam, add the condensed milk at the end (after the samiya or other ingredients are cooked well). Also condensed milk is sweeter so use less sugar when you use it.
