I love these sweets neyappam and unniappam. They are brown and round in shape. Could someone please help me with the recipes for the above. I would also like a great recipe for paalappam or vattappam.
someone help.

  Hai i am bagawan krishna from heaven with the recipe for unniyappam.
  try the following
  rice one quintal
  onion 100 kg
  chilli powder 10 kg
  ghee 12 litre
  ginger 100 gms
  oil 15 litre
  tomato 120 kg
  kashew nuts 50 kg
  
  method.
  
  mix everything well in a grinding utensil. you can use mixer grinder of sumeet but donot use grinder from singer. keep the mixture in hot sun for 5 hrs. add ghee and cook at 512 degree c in a microwave oven
