pulissery
Yoghurt : 500 ml
Turmeric pwder : 1/2 tsp
Jeera pwder : 1 tsp
oil : 2 tbsp
salt to taste
fenugreek : 1tsp
mustard seed : 1 tsp
green chillies : 3 nos
small onion chopped: 2 nos
ginger finely chopped: 1cm long
garlic finely chopped: 2 cloves
curry leaves
whisk yoghurt with 1 cup of water. add turmeric pwder, jeera pwder and salt to the yoghurt. heat oil in a kadai or pan. add mustard, fenugreek . when the mustrd start splutter, add green chillies, ginger, garlic, curry leaves and saute till it become golden brown in color. pur this into the yoghurt mix and stirr in a low flame for 5 minutes.

Erissery
1. grated coconut :1/2 cup
cumminseeds :2 teaspoon
water : 1 cup
2. plantains, peeled and cut in 1.5cm cubes: 2
yam, peeled and cut into 1.5cm cubes : 400g
turmeric powder : 1 teaspoon
black pepper pwder : 1 teaspoon
salt
water : 1 1/2 cup
chilli pwder : 1 teaspoon
3. coconut oil : 2 tablespoon
mustard : 1 tsp
dried chillies : 2
small onion thinly sliced: 1
curry leaves
grated coconut : 3 tabsp
preparation: Blend all the items in 1 in an electric blender. Boil 2ns items till plantain and yam are cooked. Add blended ingredients and boil for 3 minutes. in a separate pan, heat oil. Fry mustard and dried chillies till mustard splutter. Add onion , curry leaves, and desicated coconut till it becomes brown colour. transfer to simmering vegetables. boil for another minute and serve warm .
