try reading this book - "get more done in less time" by Donna Otto. It changed my life !! I am so much more organised now that I have time to paint my toe nails now !! if you cant find it, i can help you with some suggestions.

Hi - would love to help...just tell me where your problem areas are and I will try to give you a solution. there is a website too that sends u a weekly newsletter with lots of tips and some of them are really helpful. The book though is really helpful, because I was a major clutter bug, I would keep old rubberbands and plastic containers, paper and clothes piles...now I have everything organized and I have time for my daughter, writing poetry and reading (which i love) so I guess if I could do it, anyone can.. Seetha how old is your kid and are you a working mum or a stay at home mum?

thought i will share an interesting tip with u - i went from room to room in my house and wrote down everything that had to be taken care of like cleaning the light switches, mending or repairing stuff, fixing a tap leak etc., and made sure i looked at everything, and i would try to do at least three or four of them a day..i finished it within a few months and now once a month i do it all over go from room to room but have very few items and so i can fix them with a week or so..it may seem overwhelming at the beginning but unless you make a start, you will get no where...say if you have 40 things to do you can be sure it will be over within 20 days..worth it !!!
