Ingredients:

Toor Dhal -1 cup ,Channa Dhal -1 tsp,
Urad Dhal - 1 tsp ,Red Chillies - 12 to
15 Salt - to taste, Asafoetida - a pinch

Preparation:

1.Broil the above dhals, chillies and asafotedia nicely till the dhals are golden brown and crisp.

2.Dry grind this mixture to a fine rava texture and keep aside add salt to taste. This can be used for rice along with oil.
