Is 'kushboo' idli a synonym for 'malligaipoo' idly
or a hybrid between 'mysore bonda' and idly?

Recipe for Idli fry:
Prepare idlis and let it cool for some time. Then just make them to pieces and keep aside. Cut Onions, Green chillies(as u wish), 1 Tomato. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, after it spluters, add channa dal & urad dal little and then add cut onions, green chillies, curry leaves and allow to fry for some time. Then add the tomato pieces. Add a pinch of turmeric powder. Allow to fry well. Then add the idli pieces and stir for some time. Hot and spicy idli fry is ready now.

Hi Leena,
Par excellence , is a brand . It is a par boiled rice, it is available in Sams Club. If you use par excellence , the dosai comes out really good even after days ....but in Uncle Ben or any other par boil rice i tried the dosai , does not come very well after 2 or 3 days...
You try Par excellence rice & you will know the difference !!!
yes you can grind , both urad dal & par excellence together...

I am soooo sad to report that Sam's club in OKC does not carry Par Excellence Rice anymore...only
Riceland Rice, which is also from Stuttgart Ark. Not the same. It's mushy, and won't seperate like the Par Exc. I am sooo upset because I use it a L O T !!!! Any other ideas as to where I can find it?? I'd sure appreciate it! (By the way, Sam's is my fav. store!!)
