I am thinking of buying a Gharghanti for making fresh wheat and bajra flour whenever I need it ?
Is it advisable to buy one or is it better to buy readymade flour ? Is the whole process messy ?
Those who have one please advise and also which brand to buy .

When you make the fresh flour, it has more nutrition than the store bought ready made flour. When you make the flour without heating up the grains, the vitamins are preserved. Also when you store the flour long, some of the nutrients get oxidized and lost.
we sell Pulverizers to powder any grains or pulses and even oily substances. The hammer mechanism prevents the ingredients from getting hot and preserves the nutrition. It comes with six sieves and you can determine how fine or how coarse you want the output to be. The output is uniform and the unit grinds 6LBS or more per hour depending upon the final consistency. It is also compact and comes on wheels so you can move it when not in use. You can visit http://www.wetgrinder.com/pulverizer.htm for more details.
