This is for those who do not have time to exercise to shed out their calories:

1. Boil one tablespoon full of saunf seeds in 1 litre plain water. Drain the seeds and drink this water during the day.

2. Mix the juice from half a lime, one tablespoon full honey in a glass of luke warm water and drink it in the empty stomach.

3. Cut a piece of Ashgourd into small pieces and squeeze out the juice may also use a juicer or blender. if wished, can add hone and drink it in the empty stomach.

4. Vazhaipindi is an excellent remedy for obesity. you can take this as salad, pachadi..or its juice in empty stomach.

5. When on diet, see that you take enough protien. Include soya at least once a week. eat a lot of "sundal."

6. Never avoid curd. Even on diet, see that you take a cup of curd every day.

7. Avoid only ghee sweets. You can eat milk sweets moderately if you have a sweet tooth.

8. Did you know that white onions will wash away bad cholesterol from you body?

9. Add ginger and garlic in your daily menu.

10. Drink plenty of water.

11. If you have no walking space..don't worry. Make use of your staircase. Climb up and down at least 10 steps several times. Begin with few steps and gradually increase.

12. Do not make your body a garbage can. Do not stuff it with all junk foods and overload.
