As someone with Tamil blood I love Coffee. I use an Italian machine and grind my own beeans. I know vague ways to make Tamil coffee using a stove top maker. I dont think they are authentic??
What are the correct ways to make Tamil coffee?

I know but does anyone know any s. indian secrets for coffee e.g. grinding elaich
or packing brown sugar into the stovetop coffe maker etc. I saw once on TV a man in Chennai brewing coffee in milk and it being very frothy

My coffee is well appreciated.I go for roasting the coffee beans to the right texture at home and grinding them in mixer(only required quantity) and then making filter coffee with this powder.
Worth all the pains.
The taste lingers on till the breakfast.
