Thank you NoMa for the link. Just read your response. Hope to try out some of the recipes during the year.
About the link and recipes, wish they could have included tips on dos and donts. e.g. how to avoid getting them half cooked/fried how thin to roll out the flour or how thick the batter should be, how to test it etc. helpful to someone who has never cooked before.
