Hi,
I have plenty of all purpose flour at home & I'd like to know what we can make with that?

You can use APF to make parotta, all kinds of puri, nan, kulcha, roti, batura, cakes and even sweets like chandrakala, sweet daimonds, somasa, bombay jelebi, poli, sweet samosa and so on...

You can make rawa dosa. Add equal amounts of rice flour, all purpose flour and rawa (sooji) and mix it with water to make thin batter. Add salt. season it with mustard seeds, urad dhal, hing and curry leaves. If you want you can also add jeera, cashew nuts, chopped green chillies, chopped ginger, onion and chopped coriander leaves to the batter.
Pour the batter on the preheated tawa and cook it closed. Once the bottom is cooked, flip the dosa and cook it uncovered.
