Suggestions for getting out of jet lag

Any suggestions are welcome to come out of jet lag soon for a toddler 3 years old

Don't let him sleep during day time.Take him out to places like zoo or other interesting place for two three days during day time.He will come out of the jetlag.Other way is to give him drinking chockelets/cocoa drink during day time.
