Hi everybody,
I came to know that, the oil used for deep frying shouldn't be reused multiple times. It should be used or disposed within 2 days. Nowadays i am doing it in this way.
But... Think, if we prepare lots of vada in a wide vessel, we will have to waste lots of oil.
Can anybody explain me the harms in reusing the oil used for deep frying.

hi sanju, never heat the oil till smoking point, it causes carcinogenic compounds..that causes cancer...use a small vessel (kadahi) to fry and use little oil as possible..i usually use little oil in a small kadahi and after deep frying..i immediately use it up in the next meal.

Poor digestion also will occur because of reusing the oil.

oh no! Everybody have to take it seriously. It's better to waste some oil instead of developing such diseases.
Thanks for the explanation guys.
Have a nice day!
