Hi charu,
here is your fried rice recipe.
Ingredients:
Basmathi rice,vegetables like beans,carrot,green peas,cauliflower,ghee or artificial ghee(vanaspathi),onion(big),cloves,cinnamom,cardamom,green chillies,garam masala,salt.
Now cook rice.take cooked rice in a big wide plate and let it cool.
boil green peas in cooker.don't over-cook it.
now chop vegetables as small and thin as possible.put the cut vegetables in water.keep aside.
cut onion's lenthwise and thin.cut green chillies lenth-wise.keep aside.
In a kadai,heat ghee ,add cloves,cinnamom,cardamom.let it for 2 minutes in medium flame.now add onions and green chillies.saute well.now filter water from the veg and add it.add salt and close the lid.cook vege in low flame for about 10 to 15 minutes.when vegetables are cooked add garam masala powder,mix well and finally add cooked rice and mix well.while mixing rice ...avoid breaking cooked rice as it will make it like pongal.taste salt and if need add salt and ghee.garnish with coriander leaves and serve with side dish.
fried rice is ready ...
