hello hemant,
Well I am a regular forum hub visitor.......but
hehe i feel sort of ashamed to say......
I AM NOT TOO INTERESTED IN COOKING.
yeah whatever lil recipies i make comes out pretty good.
I wanted to try dhokla......hence went to the site, only then i learnt uve made a successful career in cooking.
GREAT GOING !!
and yeah regarding dhokla....
I did try 2 to 3 times with sour curd and mixing bengal gram flour........with idli mavu consistency..........sad it did nto really puff up well........i put the weight on cooker and steamed it.........may be thats the reason!
NOTE......I ALSO ADDED ENO SALT!!
