Hi everyone, i am doing some reasearch and your input would greatly be appreciated. I am trying to compile a list of where the various sweets of India originated for and if there is any symbolic reason for the creation of these sweets. By the way my name is Gireeraj. Hope to hear from you all soon.

Hey Hi
I know How to make Rava Laddu, Its really easy! The main ingredients are: rava, sugar, ghee, some nuts and if you want raisins!
Method:
1st take the same amount of sugar and rava (1:1 cup)grind the sugar well. (optinal)
Next mix them up both, then in a kadai(hollow dish) heat the ghee with some nuts and cardomon and the raisin. When the ghee is almost going to boil switch off the stove.
Next, Take about 2 TBSP(or more)of the mixture (sugar and rava) and add about 3/4 tbsp of ghee and mould it into a ball.
Continue... untill rava mixture ends..... make sure that the ghee should be always hot for the rava to hold up!
Try it ... its really good!!!
