Hi,
For recipes of cauliflower manchurian, I used to use cornflour in India which was white and a very fine powder. But here, I find it only yellowish and corse and it looks more like the corn flour for makki ki roti type. Please tell me what it is called in US or where I can get it?

You should use cornstarch not corn flour. Look for cornstarch in the grocery stores.

When you make cutlets, use instead of bread crumbs. You can use it as a bread crumb subsitute anywhere. The flavor will be good.
Another thing you can do is Corn flour + Rice Flour dosai.
I use cornflour as a thickening agent for Soups and cheese fondue.
Enjoy!

Believe it or not - I once tried pakodas with corn flour as we do with besan flour - they came out with a wonderful flavor!
