Hello Gayatri,
Channa Choor or Channa Jor Garam is a very spicy snack enjoyed most in Rainy/cold season or during evenings .
It has been ages since I made the Channa Jor Garam.
My mom was very fond of that and used to make from boiled mashed channas.
I will post the recipe may be tomorrow or so.
Is it ok ?

RECIPPIE FOR TOMATO SOUP
Ingredients:
Ripe tomato - 1 kg
Garlic - 4 pods
Onion - 1/2 piece
Salt & pepper to taste
Method:
Pressure cook all the above items except salt and pepper.
Cool and blend it to a fine paste using little water.
Pour it through a sieve and boil. Add water if required to get soup consistency.
When the soup begins to boil add the salt and pepper as required. Serve hot with butter and soup sticks.

Hello Gayatri,
I and Ketan are giving final touches to my new -look astrology website. All our attention is now on the work at hand.
Eventhough the recipe is a simple thing, I am not in a position to put it on hub .Can you please wait for a couple of days ?? Please ???

On second thought, I will give the process in five six lines.
Boil channas till they are soft but not too soft.
Crush the channas individually till they are flattened but not disintegrated and they should form flat pattis.
Dry them till they are crisp.
Fry in oil till golden brown.
Now sprinkle,Rock salt Chilli powder, Jeera powder, asafoetida, black pepper powderpowder, Chat masala powder (if you have), Yop it up with little Amchur and before serving sprinkle some Kothumalli and onion (optional).
Enjoy !!
