I NEED A SIMPLE RECIPE!!!!!!

CAN ANYONE GIVE ME A SIMPLE SOUTH INDIAN RECIPE INCLUDING ENGLISH AND EASY TO FIND INGREDIENTS FROM A REGULAR GROCERY STORE. A DESSERT RECIPE WOULD BE MORE HELPFUL. THX PEOPLE.

califlower1 cup parboiled in kadai heat oil 1tbs add greenchillies 3no into small pieces thenaddparboiled c-flower stir add pinch of turmaric stir do this on low flame. take 1tsp of soyasauce to c-flower at the end add salt stir serve with rice or chapathi (no h2o)

try this..
one cup rice..
half cup moongdal..
take oil in a pressure cooker..pour ghee..put some cumin seeds, black pepper..put the rice and the moongdaal.add salt..pour about 4 cups of water and close the cooker..let it cook up to abt 4 -5 whistles and its ready to eat...in tamil its called pongal!!
mind you..serve hot
