Can somebody suggest a good recipe for these sauces which could be made by using common ingredients available?

These sauces are readily available in the market...it will be easier to buy them rather than try making it yourself.....if you still want the recipe I could post a recipe for mayonaise.

Hi Anand,
This is an old recipe which I found........I have not tried it out recently as we get in in the shops, but I think this should help you. Try it out and let me know.
Mayonnaise
ingredients :
egg : 1 ,large
white pepper powder : 1/2 tsp
refined oil : 1 cup
vinegar : 1 1/2 tbsp
sugar : 1 tsp
mustard powder : 1/2 tsp
salt : 1/2 tsp
Break the egg into the big jar of the blender. Add vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper and mustard. Run the blender for half a minute. With the mixer running add the oil in a thin stream. When all the oil is added stop the blender and take out the mayonnaise. (Don't run the blender for a long time as it might break the texture of the mayonnaise).

I do agree with lavanya - these sauces are so readily and cheaply available in the groceries. Nonetheless a comment on the mayonnaise recipe by Lavanya - classical mayonnaise is made with egg yolks only. Try using olive oil and mustard paste for a better result. Worcestershire sauce to be precise is a proprietary sauce, unlike a Mayonaise which is classified as a mother or a kitchen sauce. Proprietary sauces by definition are bottled and sold under a propirietary label. Its usage is so limited, wonder why you need to make it at home.
