Fish cutlets

Can anyone tellme how to make fish cutlets?

Hi,
Here is the recipe for fish cutlet :
Fish 1/4 kg,
potato 2
onion 1
coriander leaves little
pudina little
chilli pd 1 tsp ,according to your taste
garam masala 1/2 tsp
egg 1
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
oil, salt , bread crumbs
Steam cook the fish, boil potatoes and mash it.add fish,chilli pd garam masala, egg yolk only, salt mix well.
Heat oil in a pan, saute onions, add ginger garlic paste, pudina, coriander leaves fry well and add to the fish . then shape it, dip in egg white and roll in bread crumbs as usual we do for cutlets and deep fry.
I used vaval or vanjanam fish in india, here i dont know which is vaval, vanjanam is king fish, i also tried in salmon, it was good.

I tried it, got caught in my throat. tasted like fish poo. I recomend staying with mcdonalds
