Sivaji Ganesan was not just a Thamizh actor - he was a Thespian for the Entire Indian Film Industry.

It Should be noted that he was the first Indian Actor who was awarded an International Award, when he received an award for acting in "Verrapandiya Kattabomman" - at Cairo , from the then Egyptian Premier Nasser, in 1960.

Let us all pay our Homage to this Legendary artist...

  He was one great and versatile actor. I happened to see the movie 'kappalottiya thamizhan' in doordarsan many years ago. His role in it as a great freedom fighter was tuly unforgettable. His demise will be a tremendous loss to Indian cinema.

  The Thespian Shivaji Ganeshan i have no words to describe about him. But my Wish has gone useless. i have been studying D.F.Tech( Diploma in Film Technology) and i wanted to direct a film in this whereas the shivaji ganeshan sir plays a father role and the son is Ultimate Star Ajith Kumar and the story was so insisticted so that the story defines the Love between the son and father so i wanted to direct this film but i was late and shivahi sir has become late so One day i will meet with this story the hero is the same Ultimate star Ajith Kumar but the father is going to be change. The father role is going to be acted by the man who is also aged as Shivaji ganeshan sir but in north he is Amitabh Bachan the great B so look out for this story in the big screen soon i will complete the assistant director position with maniratnam sir.
