Now on March 31 will be celebrated as Kumar Sanu day in Dayton, Ohio
in the
U.S. Following the stupendous success of his show
there on that day this year, the mayor made the announcement at the
show
itself.
"The mayor Mr Michael's announcement came as a pleasant surprise,"
the singer
grins. "I was deeply touched since this is the first time in the
history of America that any Indian singer got such an honour. When
the
audience gave me a standing ovation, I was in tears.
