Hi all,
I presume most of the netizens here are young eventhough some may be above the average youngster age; still they must be young at heart (only then can they come and chat here).
This is just a chat thread for all kinnaaram. We can narrate our campus praNaya kathakaL or our friends's stories, etc.
We can also enjoy some lighter moments sharing our jokes. Ofcourse, this will provide the ideal place to pull each other's legs.
Tease, twits, satires, all welcome.
Have fun.

Nobody studied in hostel/boarding?
Where are the sthiramkuttikaL (regulars)?
Malini seems to have ditched all of us with a long stay-out from the forum.
Where is Sona? Jo seems to be busy with exams. Sad to miss you all.
Sree once showed up his face but left with a disappointing note without narrating any of his adventures.
I have some more experiences like the one above related. I shall post them later.

Hey Sonia - every seems to be catching up with each other on this thread. Well I see that you are a student at UMD - and though I am going out on a limb here (hey there are a lot of Indians there)- do you know this person by the name of Wesley Krisnamurthy? You probably don't - but I just felt like asking. I have a couple of friends who attend UMD but they are probably all older than you.
Hey Vince, you called up Jo? That's kinda scary man :)

Hi
Vivek, nice to see after a long interval. I read in the Freindship thread that you were away on relief duty. That's great. My congrats.
Don't you have anything to share with us from your relief work experiences?
How about your college mates?
Hi all,
Have you all run out of steam? I see no experiences/anecdotes being narrated here. I think your lives are not too drab to have a few funny experiences. Or you all fighting shy of narrating them?
Now come on, drop your bangles and kidgloves!

Thanks Siby - everyone is trying to help in anyway they can. The work is progressing, though very slowly. We really have no hope that there might be live bodies in the rubble, I mean it is highly unlikely for that to happen one month later even if there were air pockets. Still family members haven't given up hope. There are actually many bodies that have not yet been identified and that is why we are there - there are body parts to be construed.
Actually I met someone really interesting through this whole ordeal ;)

Hey Vivek,
That's interesting. So you were 'rewarded' for your relief work;-)
Did you manage to get her on your side? My best wishes:-) You can make use of all our advice, no fees or copyrights.:)
Please keep us posted about your progress;-)
Jo, good to see you here. Sadly, Malini is missing:-( Perhaps you can call her up and tell her that we miss her very much, since both of you are in Melbourne.
Hey Raghu, You said you'd narrate your mallu friends' adventures with coconuts and toddy. But so far nothing tangible on this thread. Please tell us.

For those who are discernible in their tastes for wines, I suggest two blends for whiskey. For the most professed devotees of Bacchus, it may not serve much purpose. It's for those who aspire to be someway connoisseurs of wines, it can be of use.
Water boiled with cumin seeds (jeera): blend just as you do with soda.
Gooseberry (pacha nellikka) juice with whiskey.
This is not to encourage people to be on the bottle. But only a tip to 'sober' connoisseurs of wines.
