Guys!!Lets just see the Last two clauses which the AMMA is against.
"Producers can pay the amount to the actors whenever they wish"
"If the actor has any problem with the actor then he should approach the chamber not any court"

Look at a past report of the KFC(Kerala Film Chamber)

1-When Dileep got that Vandi cheque,He seeked police 4 justice.They arrested the producer 4 giving the actor a false cheque.We all know it is the producer's mistake but KFC supported him by banning Dileep 4 a few days!!!

2-When Priyadarshan made "Lesa Lesa",Siyad Koker the producer of "Summer in Bethlahem" claimed that it is the remake of his movie and should get the money for his rights.He is also the President of KFC.But Priyan told that "Summer..." is not an original idea but a remake of "Summer of 84".Priyan also told that he didn't copy frame by frame of Summer in...So Koker can't ask 4 any rights.Koker banned Priyadarshan through chamber and didn't allow Priyan to release Lesa Lesa in Kerala.

3-Before taking a complete look in Navya's case they automatically banned her in support of the producer.

So whatever the producer does,the chamber will support him.So how can an actor gets his rights.If he signs the contract and work according to the director and producer's command
and doesn't get the salary,then who should he approach.The chamber who always support the Producer.

Directors have no problem sice the contract doesn't affect them at all.In turn directors like Vinayan dont want Lal or Mammo to rule the industry.I say the KFC'S contract is a cheap financier's contract and I support AMMA.

BTW don't bring Lal into this case.He also told the same words as above.If money is his problem,I don't want to tell U guys how much he has.Sam 4 Mammotty!!

  I never heard priyan accusing that Summer in Bethlehem was a stolen idea.

  If U R subscriber of Hindu,then U wouldn't have any confusion.The Movie Summer in Bethlehem is an inspiration of an English movie.But this news was given in the The Hindu Friday Review.If U R staying in Kerala,U will get the Kerala version.In that supplemaent,there is a column called "Lenscape" in which the news will be given.It was told like that.I think now he is dead against releasing Priyan's Vettam.If it is to support the producers,then why he is against.This shows that they are not having a good relation at present!!
  
  ABT THE ENGLISH TITLE,It was starting with Summer or Spring,But It was a copied idea.Thats the reason why Priyan didn't give the amount 4 the rights!!

  Kerala Film Chamber is a mafia gang.Whatever rules or agreement it should be mutually agreeble and beneficial.Star programs are very common everywhere and no film industry got ruined due to some stage shows.If they can make good entertainers,these producers can make good money.Siyad koker-president of Film chamber- made profits from many of his movies and he lost money due to some nonsense movies.Amma and Film chamber work together and they need to force the government to reduce the tax for malayalam movies which can attract crowds back to theatre.If they continue the fight,Kerala movie market will be completely stolen by Tamil,Hindi and English movies and Malayalam movie industry may become something like Bengali or Marathi.

  Guys in Hindi & Tamil industry,Star Programmes occur frequently.I never heard any producer from there saying that star shows ruin te industry.
  
  BTW why KFC scared of actors?If not scared why they put the clause "Producer can pay the amount whenever they want".Have U ever heard such clause anywhere in any industry.Now they are trying to break AMMA by singling out actors with contracts of their choice or threats.Our Malayalee actors never went to courts for not getting their settlemants like other actors from other states!!

  Summer in Bethleham is a mix of 2 or 3 English films... its not an original creation of Ranjith (the script writer)...
  
  Even if SIB was remade into Tamil as Lesa Lesa, shouldnt Kokker initiate legal action against the producer of Lesa Lesa... who was broke even before that film was completed causing a huge delay in its release which made Priyan to change the story and include Madhavan in a significant role to lure in distributors...

  So Kokker knowing that he will not get anything from the producer tried to blackmail Priyan into giving him money and when Priyan refused Kokker banned Priyan...
  
  But now Kokker will have to suck a rotten egg as Priyan's new movie Vettam is releasing on July 4th distributed by Swargachithra Appachan...
  
  Kokker is now trying to bring about a closure of all theatres starting June 28th... everyone knows that his interest is not to save the Malayalam industry or the Theatres but just to take revenge on Priyan... the others have already seen through this and are now supporting AMMA & Priyan... so once Lal is back from the Gulf the problems will be resolved, Kokker will be booted out and the rest will join together...

  Malyalam producers doesnt have professionalism.We are not in 1980 or 1990 .Now TV is very popular and there are a lot of channels .Competition is everywhere and you need to learn to survive.Star nites are common everywhere and if this is the case,Hollywood might have closed by years.Having some stage shows in Dubai won't affect entire Malayalam cine industry.But having these kind of unneeded fights and bans will kill Malayalam industry.I still can't understand the motive of Kokers who want to spoil the entire industry.
