Sonu Nigam and his fans claim all the time that his style of singing is like Great Rafi.
But according to my opinion, if you observe him carefully, you will find that his style is not as Rafi, but Manna Day.
His style and sound is more alike Manna Day, Manna Day was used to sing most of his song in classical touch, and Sonu does the same.
Rafi has sung many songs with classical touch, but not all of his songs are in that way. And about his voice, is also not similar sweet as Rafi.
Sonu tries to make it like Rafi's.
Your view please??????????????

  Are people out of mind?? Rafi has 10 times the number of hits than the total songs sung by Sonu..Sonu's base is horrible-no depth...Rafi used to sing from the gut and yet was sweet..Comparing Sonu with Rafi is like comparing Ashish Nehra's batting with Tendulkar's.
