Industry rating agency CRISIL has rated Meera Jasmine as the youngest millionaire in the Indian entertainment industry. With her signing up of a telungu film with Chiranjeevi, a deal struck at a whopping Rs.62 lakhs, the actress' net worth crosses 4.8 crores of rupees, smashing through the $1million mark.
Remember, she has achieved all this within a period of just 19 months in the industry, at the tender age of 19.
I have a slight difference of opinion though.. the rating should have been "the youngest SELF-MADE millionaire", otherwise there would have been many contenders if you include their associated/family assets as well.

  I am a long time subscriber to crisil.com. I never saw an article abt meera jasmine. Please post the link if you can.
  
  How could she earn 4.8 crore?? I can understand this figure if she did like 10-15 tamil movies. She only did 4 tamil movies, and two are on shooting.
