The best malayalam movie i have seen.

Very balanced script and story.
Fine performance by Lal.

Congrats to Sibi.

Is it a copy of any english movie ? Was the story original ? Seems a little ahead of times.

  but let me tell u the story(vaguely remember the exact script seen 15 years back) of a very old tamil movie called"sandhadhi"
  
  jaishanker is a freak who does not want to get married, but wants a sandhadhi(successor).He meets sripriya whjo is a call girl.
  He asks sripriya to give him a child so that he will pay for her.
  she agress.
  nine months later she delivers.
  but she refuses to give the child to jaishanker.
  the film ends telling " even a call girl is a mother. no mother can sell her child."
  do yu find any resemblence.?
  But I feel dasaratham is a beautiful movie and
