Adoor, Bharathan, Padmarajan and Shaji Karun are/were directors of acclaim. But truly, which director has produced the best entertainers. Quantity wise it is surely Priyadarsan. He has directed the maximum number of classic entertainers such as Kilukkam, Megham, Chithram, Boeing Boeing, Poochakoru M and the list goes on. Fazil has directed surely the most entertaining/gripping movie of recent times 'Manichithratazhu', the rest of his movies were good family oriented entertainers. Sibi Malayil directed all-time classics like 'Kireedom' and 'Doore doore oru koodukuttam'. Kamal has directed some pure entertainers like 'Thooval Sparsham', 'Madhuranombarakattu'...
Not to forget Sathyan Anthikaddu and the Sidiqque-Lal duo..too
