why is jagathy not in sathyan Anthikad's films. I only remember seeing jagathy in his early work of Kinnarm as a music director from the early 80's with nedumudi venu and sukumaran.
is there some kind of tension that iam unaware of or what between these two great workers of cinema field.

  is he the velichappadu in ponmottayidunna tharavu.
  and i do not remember his character in kaliyail alpam karyam with monahlal and rahman and santhanagopalm with balachandramenon, thilakan, and jagatheesh.
  please refresh my memory.
  In addition, you don't think there is nothing else because Santhanagopalam is the latest movie for jagathy to have acted in and it dates back to 1993 I believe. thats a long time ago.
  I am not trying to bring up a controversey but the busiest actor jagathy would find time to act with one of the best directors.

  U Seem to be right theres some tension between jagathy and sathyan...
  jagathy was actually casted in the movie Sandhesham by sathyan anthicaud..he didnt turn up for days and made all those in the set wait for days...eevntually they gave the role to oduvil unnikrishnan...Sreenivasan himself revealed this info in his programme cheriya srreeniyum valiya lokavum....
  .may be thats the reason why sathyan isnot casting jagathy in his film...just a guess
