Both r the greatest actors that Indian filmdonm ever seened. Both r higly versatile they can do comedy, action, serious or any thing. But comparing two who is best? i will prefer Mohanlal because he is more natural than Kamal. Kamal overacts. like some scenes in Indian, Alavanthan, last scene of thevar makan etc. After seeing Mohanlals performance in Iruvar Maniratnam told "he is the most natural actor of India.
In kannes festival some directors said (After seeing Vaanaprastham) He is Indias reply to Tom hanks (cast away, terminal). One frnch director said He born in wrong part of world otherwise he coul;d have won atleast 3 Oscars.
