One of my dancer friends told me that another OVS kriti in Hamsanaadam, the terrific KalyanaRama is also suitable for such interpretation.

Pallavi:
The one with incomparable beauty. The one with exceptional incomparable beauty..
The one who is like a collection of moons - (the one dear to the kumuda flower), the one who has a body like the dark-hued cloud.

This one is quite difficult to translate.
I have indicated with a (?) where the meaning seems confusing
nirupama-sundarAkarA - having a form (Akara) that is beautiful (sundara)
beyond comparisons (nir-upama)
ati - most
nicaya kumuda hita - (like) a group (nicaya) of moons (kumuda-hita) (?)
nIla mEgha shyAma sharIrA - having a body (sharIra) that is dark (shyama) as
the blue cloud(nIlamEgha)
surucira -navaratna kOTi - very lovely crores of gems (?)
tuLasI vanamAli - having the thulasi and wild-flower garlands
gAti - ?
sundaratara - very beautiful
mama vihAri - ?
sura munigaNa mana sancAri - one who resides/strolls(sanchari) in the
hearts (mana) of the groups (gaNa) of
Devas(sura) and Rishis (muni)
rAdhikA kusuma nandini lalita rAjini rajita ramaNi manOhari
cAruni campakavalli mallikA sarasi suruci nava -?
vrajayuvatI jana rAsa kaLEbara maNDala citrAnaka - (you are the ) amazing
dark cloud(Anaka) that danced in the circle (maNDala) made with the
bodies (kalebara) of the Gopikas (vrajayuvati-jana) during Raasa
nakhamaNigaNa jvalita - shining (jvalita) owing to your nails (nakha) and
many gems (maNigaNa)
vicitrA-bhOga sama naTana - dancing (naTana) amazingly(vicitra), as with
(sama) with a mirror(Abhoga)
(This simile I believe has been used in the Bhagavatam, that the Lord
dancing with the Gopis, was as a child plays with its own reflection in the
mirror)
pulaka su-gAtrA - having a horripilated (pulala) beautiful body (su-gAtra)
bhuvana sakala stita - residing(sthita) in all (sakala) the worlds
(bhuvana)
bhUsura mitrA - friend of the Brahmins

Rajani & Vidya: i checked the text in the book again. The only item that I type wrong is in the first line of the anupallavi. It should read: surucira navaratna kOTi tuLasI vanamAlikAdi.
The second line has sundaratara mama vihAri.
The caraNa line is ....ramaNi manOhari cAruni campakavalli mallikA sarasi suruci nava vrajayuvati .....
It is difficult to figure out the correct wording because of the lack of diacritical marks.
