Taitreya Upanishad says Sahana vavathu, Sahanau bhunakthu, Sahaveeryam karavavahai, Tejaswi Navadhithamasthu ma Vidhvisavahai. The meaning goes like this: let us all grow togther, enjoy together, let us perform heroic deeds together; let our strength of intellect come together, let the bright intellects shine, let us live without any hatred or conflict. Unity is Divinity. In a nutshell Sahana is togetherness.
If you are referring to the raaga Sahana, it is pronounced Sahaana. And I would be interested to know what it means myself.
