Banana appam
Ingredients: 2 Bananas 1 tennis ball size jaggery wheat flour - 2 cups rice flour - 1 cup Water Oil Method: In a bowl, smash well the bananas, add the jaggery and mix it well. Now put wheat flour and rice flour, add water and make a thick batter/paste (just like idly maavu). Heat a pan, add oil, pour 1 spoon of the mixture in the oil. Turn the appam, and fry till golden brown. Take it out from the pan. Now taste it with little butter
We can make ordinary appam, but if u add banana, it will be even more tastier, soft n yummy Preparation time: 10 mins for 5 appams |
