What you have to do?

Pick up a mini team comprising 2 batsman, 2 bowlers, 1 All Rounder and 1 Wicket – Keeper, one 7th man [batsman/bowler/all-rounder but 7th man can’t be a wicket keeper ] from the players from India, Australia, Newzealand and Bangladesh.

* Name your team

* You can have only one team.

* Send your team to me or Prabhu Ram via PM. Don’t post it in the thread.

Point Systems

Point System -1 – For Batsman,

For every run – 1 point
For every catch – 20 points
For every run-out / stumping – 20 points
If he scores between 50 to 99 – bonus 10 points
If he scores between 100 to 199 – bonus 20 points
If he scores > 200 – bonus 50 points
If he scores a duck then you will lose 30 Points

However if he bowls in the match and takes any wicets then the points for bowling wont get added.

Point System 2 - For Bowlers

For every wicket - 20 Points
If he takes 5 wickets – bonus 50 points
If he takes 10 wicket in a match – bonus 100 points
If he does not take any wickets – you will lose 30 points
For every catch – 20 points
For every run-out / stumping – 20 points
However if he bats in the match and scores runs then the points for batting wont get added.

Point System 3 - For All Rounders

For every run – 1 point
For every catch – 20 points
For every run-out / stumping – 20 points
If he scores between 50 to 99 – bonus 10 points
If he scores between 100 to 199 – bonus 20 points
If he scores > 200 – bonus 50 points
If he scores a duck then you will lose 30 Points
For every wicket - 20 Points
If he takes 5 wickets – bonus 50 points
If he takes 10 wicket in a match – bonus 100 points
If he does not take any wickets – you will lose 30 points


* Nominate a captain for your team.He can't be a WicketKeeper.He can be a batsman, bowler or an all-rounder.

Point System – 4 – For Captain

Double the number of points he earns as per
Point System 1: if he is a batsman
Point system 2 : if he is a bowler
Point system 3 : if he is an allrounder


Point system – 5 - For Wicket Keeper.


1. If you have selected M.S.Dhoni in your team

The point scale will be

All mentioned of (Point System 1) * 2

2.If you have selected B.Mccullum for your team
The point scale will be

All mentioned in (Point System 1) * 3


3.If you have selected Haddin for your team

The point scale will be

All mentioned in (Point System 1)* 4


4.If you have selected Bangladesh Wicket keeper for your team

The point scale will be

All mentioned in (Point System 1) * 5


* Since Ban – Nz series starts with one day series to justify it with the test cricket; you will get 30 extra points for each innings he bats he scores, 50 extra points for the wickets he takes and 20 extra points for the catches\stumping\run-outs. [This bonus is only for the Batsman, Bowlers, All- Rounders not for the Wicket keepers belonging to Bangladesh and Newzealand]. However this bonus system will be removed once the Ban – NZ test series starts.


* The idea of 7th man[batsman/bowler/all-rounder but 7th man can’t be a wicket keeper] is to use him as a substitute after every match by replacing a player
in your team, if needed. However you cant swap him for the captain.

* In the middle of the series we will give you a chance to change the team, You can make changes in the team if needed .However you cant change the captain or the wicket keeper.

* Since the Bang-NZ series completes before Ind-Aus series for the final test match you can select a new team comprising only Australian and Indian players.

* There will be surprising changes in the game as days go, just like Yorker.
