Holding Hunger strike for the goodness of Lankan Tamils in Delhi, Political tour from Chennai to Kanniyakumari, doing good deeds to each and every poor man he meets on the way and many more political business - Our Captain Vijayakanth who did good for the deprived in his films, gradually stretched his wings for the needy and is today the leader of his own political party.

Though the gentleman is busy with his political commitments, he is not a person who dump cinema. What we hear now is that, Vijayakanth is gearing-up to start the work for his next movie by this January. And this won�t be like his usual films. Yup! The politician-turned-actor is directing this one which is titled as �Virudhagiri� under his home banner Captain Cine Creations.

Sources say that the story and screenplay of the movie is ready and the first schedule of the movie will be starting off with the canning of 2 song sequences in abroad. Our Captain will chase an international criminal who has entered India, with the help of the FBI officials in this one. So the team of �Virudhagiri� will be going to Hong Kong, Malaysia and New York to shoot the film.

Initially I was thinking Virudhagiri might be a local police dealing with local politicians. To my likeness, it has become international

For these type of stories, I was asking for Gautham / Visnuvardhan kind of directors. These guys are more skilled to copy hollywood / world movies & make to look great in our own 70mm's.

I hope, Captain doesn't make it to look amateurish.. & I don't mind if he uses a variety of ghost directors.. but I need a good looking Vijayakanth film.. one final time.

I sincerely advice Captain to reduce few pounds (in the belly region & below the jaw) & look fit & agile on screen.

Finally, cast should be interesting (atleast in paper)... I don't need Radharavi, Anandaraj, Thyagu, Mansoor Ali Khan.. or even Prakashraj for that matter. Oh.. no.. don't go for pakistani terrorist look alike Ragul Dev, Kazan khan etc. etc.

Who might fit the bill? Now there is acute shortage of villains in TFI.... I am also not getting some good villain in my mind

Already there was a news about search for Vadivelu look alike

Let me wait until the product is ready
