There was an article in the Readders Digest in 1969, about a person
who was born deformed and had to undergo many surgeries. He got his
PhD and now the biggest library in China is named after him.
Can someone help me to get the name of this person and also where
in Chennai can we get the autobiography/biography of this man ?
